The Arts Club in Mayfair is a private club that was founded in 1863 by Charles Dickens and Anthony Trollope, amongst many others. It recently expanded its facilities to include a boutique 16 room hotel. Owing to its rich cultural heritage, with interiors designed by Sagrada and artwork and furnishings by Jacques Adnet, Gio Ponti, Finn Juhl, Piero Fornasetti, and Hans Wegner, it was vital that the high-tech and modern aspects of this expansion caused minimal intrusion.
