Bread Ahead Bakery in London represents an innovative new concept in bakery design. With the stylish bakery café and classrooms being used to hold workshops for budding bakers' skills, it was important to ensure that the new lighting system could adapt to best suit the activities taking place.

 

In association with Shoplight Ltd, the building’s new system of DALI64 addressable gateway modules and a SSC4 seven button scene set plates gives the client the ability to actively raise and dim the lighting levels depending on the rooms current purpose.
